“Fortune 500 companies with the highest representation of women on boards financially
outperform companies with the lowest representation of women on boards.”

“Having more women in the workplace actually makes an organisation a better place to work, for people of all genders.”

But how do you recruit and retain women in the workplace, keeping them engaged, motivated, and fulfilled?

What clients say…

“I have worked with Vicki to design, build and deliver a Women's Development and Leadership Programme for the Information & Digital Group at the University of Warwick.

Vicki's approach to designing and delivering a programme like this stood out from the other organisations we contacted because she really listened to what we needed and designed something that met our needs, rather than providing us with off the shelf content. She has been flexible in the delivery format and content: tweaking the content to respond to the ongoing session feedback, and providing additional support to individuals following each session.
We can report back a huge increase of +30% satisfaction ratings from those women who attended the programme vs those women who have not attended the programme. We will be rolling the programme out to all our women (200+), following the success of the first iteration of the programme.
I would highly recommend Vicki as a training partner for any company considering delivering a programme of this nature as she has the ability to share her experience and skills generously during the planning and delivery stages, she goes on the journey with us, she has an incredibly engaging delivery style, she blends research with practical tips, and she genuinely cares about each and every one of her programme participants being able to develop and grow as a result of her training.
